COMO GLADSTONE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations
Reservations are held in good faith to the dates advised as being available at the time by Como Apartments – Gladstone (Como), for the prices as specified by Como or it’s Agents, subject to the reservation being confirmed as follows. A reservation is accepted when the required cleared funds payment has been received, always subject to the availability of the requested accommodation for the dates required being confirmed after the payment is received. In the event credit card details are supplied, the Reservation Fee will be charged to the credit card. In the event the reservation period is not available after a payment of the Reservation Fee, this payment will be returned in full.
Reservation Fee
Unless otherwise agreed by Como, for bookings for 2 weeks or more, a Reservation Fee of 50% of the booking value, or equivalent to 2 weeks accommodation, whichever is the greater will apply. For reservations less than 2 weeks, payment of the full booking period will apply.
Payment
Payment for the full booking period is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed by Como.
Cheques must be cleared funds into our bank before occupancy is granted.
Arrival & Departure
So access can be arranged, it will be necessary to phone ahead of arrival.
On arrival the Guest for whom the booking has been made will be required to complete and sign a Guest Registration Form, accepting the terms and conditions therein and a credit card pre-authorisation is to be signed by way of security.
Departure time is 10.00 a.m. and any delayed departure may be charged at the rate of $30 per hour or part thereof up to a maximum of $150.
