- All our apartments for rent are serviced and they were recently renovated. Our weekly cleaning and linen service ensures they are maintained to a high standard.
- On site undercover car parking is provided for each unit.
- Within your unit you have your own clothes washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
- To ensure your year round comfort, each unit has a split system air conditioner in the main living area. Additionally, the main bedroom has its own air conditioner. Further to the air conditioners, the living areas and all bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
- Each unit is fitted with a large modern kitchen, complete with a full range of cooking facilities, including oven, cook top, microwave and electric frypan. The very generous cupboard space will suit those contemplating a long term stay.
- Each kitchen is fully equipped with a comprehensive range of cooking utensils, pots and frypans, toaster, electric jug, cutlery, crockery and glasses, etc.
- An externally exhausted range hood is fitted over the cooking area.
- The beds have been selected to ensure a great night’s sleep. The main room is fitted with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom is fitted with a king single bed.
- A full range of bed linen, towels etc, are provided with each weekly service.
- The bedrooms are fitted with very generous robes and drawers, providing great storage facilities for the longer term stay.
- The spacious living area is provided with a dining table and chairs, comfortable lounge suite, TV and video/DVD player, and a stereo radio/CD player.
- Each unit is provided with a study desk and chair.
- Each unit has its own well appointed bathroom complete with exhaust fan.
- For relaxation, an undercover balcony, with outdoor seating, is provided.
- A BBQ is provided for some units.
